  PERRY WONG is senior vice president and senior economist, economic strategy, at City National Bank. A senior fellow, he is the former director of Regional Economics at the Milken Institute. Wong is an expert on regional economics, development and econometric forecasting and specializes in analyzing the structure, industry mix, development and public policies of a regional economy. He designs, manages and performs research on labor and workforce issues, the relationship between technology and economic development, and trade and industry, with a focus on policy development and implementation of economic policy in both leading and disadvantaged regions. Wong is actively involved in projects aimed at increasing access to technology and regional economic development in California and the American Midwest. His work extends to the international arena, where he is involved in regional economic development in southern China, Taiwan and other parts of Asia.

 DAVID JANG is a District Manager for Farmers Insurance Group and supports Farmers’ existing Agents with its current business platform, and recruits, trains and develops future business owners.  His areas of expertise include business startup, financial and risk analysis, sales skills, training, marketing/advertising, recruiting, and performance management. Prior to joining Farmers, David was the owner of UMG LLC, a property investment and management company. He also worked at Hilti (Corporate and Sales Trainer in the Retail and Business to Business Sales unit) and AT&T Yellow Pages and Internet Advertising (Advertising/Marketing Sales Consultant). David has a strong passion for life and the leadership role in which Farmers has entrusted to him. He believes that the business entrepreneurship role is demanding and challenging, but it continues to build and sharpen his skill sets every day.
